The 20 credit module enables students to analyse and critically reflect upon the dilemmas in practice with older people, alongside colleagues undertaking similar or related roles. The module addresses current law and policy, theoretical perspectives, good practice and research findings in working with older people, with a focus upon critical application to own practice and agency context.
To complete your registration onto this module you will need to complete and return the University application form attached to the confirmation email. The application form needs to be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of July. If you undertook a CPD Module at the University of Brighton last academic year you can complete the ‘Returning Students’ application form. Otherwise please complete the ‘New Students’ full CPD application form.
A learner contract applies to this module so please complete and return the learner contract attached to the confirmation email within one week of receiving this.
