Overview
Tier 4 Orbis and Non-Orbis Managers are invited to attend mandatory training which explains the council’s Performance Management Framework (PMF) and how this applies directly to your work. The PMF sets out how the council manages performance to deliver the best possible services for the city. With reducing budgets and increasing demand for council services the need for effective performance management has never been greater; for this reason all Tier 4 managers are expected to attend this training.
