In July, the council asked for your views on your experience of working during the pandemic crisis via a staff pulse survey. We know the experiences of working through the pandemic and the impact on ways of working has been extremely varied across HASC. Some colleagues were required to made the shift to work from home, and the majority of staff in provder services continued to go into their places of work, with the shared aim of supporting some of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
Your experience and learning over the last six months is important to us. You do not have to have completed the survey to participate in a focus group. The learning captured from the groups will be used by us to better support your work and provide a person-centred approach to all that we do.
The focus groups are a confidential neutral space for you to talk openly, run by facilitators from the Learning & Development Team.
