Learning outcomes
By the end of the session you will be able to:



  1. Define a team and what makes a team successful

  2. Identify possible sources of conflict in teams

  3. Understand the vital role diversity and healthy conflict plays in successful teamwork

  4. Understand your and others reaction to conflict and impact this has on teamwork

  5. Resolve team conflict for positive outcomes – relate to B&HCC Behaviour Framework

  6. Develop your skills and confidence for managing team conflict more effectively
