Select your device camera, and microphone settings and click Join
Wait for the meeting organizer to let you in If you don’t have Teams:
Open Outlook calendar meeting
Click on the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link
You will see “Download the windows app” or “Join on the web instead”.
Please click on “Join on the web instead”

If you have Windows 10, you shouldn’t have any difficulties.
With Windows 7, you should use Teams on the web using the Chrome web browser on your laptop. Go to https://office.com/
and log in with your usual council login details.
If you're using Citrix on a personal device, you should use the web version of Teams outside of Citrix, as using Teams directly within Citrix will give you limited access.Certificate - please note your certificate for this course will only show you having covered the knowledge and theory elements of Safer People Handling. To be fully certificated for Safer People Handling this certificate must be accompanied by the certificate covering the practical element of Safer People Handling. It is expected that both courses/sessions are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
