Learning outcomes
By the end of this course you will be able to
- examine skills for establishing and maintaining rapport, even during difficult conversations
- describe some key techniques for sharing their worries with parents, carers and children themselves
- identify some of the blocks to being able to communicate worries and how to work with and around them
- recognise the impact on themselves personally and professionally of such conversations
