Code: BH/17/050 Values Based Interviewing - Blind Veterans UK - by invitation only (EVENT FULL)

Do you sometimes feel it is difficult to recruit people with the right attitudes for the job, and struggle to retain good employees when you have them?

Values based interviewing is a technique that provides you with the knowledge and skills to find that ideal employee.  Values based interviewing is drawn from a wider values based recruitment framework.  Values based interviewing techniques allow you to better understand the candidates own values and attitudes, and how they are likely to apply them in their work. This provides you with evidence of how they align to the values and expectations of your organisation.
