- Non Brighton and Hove City Council managers should also notify us of any leavers to their service so that we can update your team list

Credit card payments
For non-council services where course attendance charges apply the designated line manager will be required to complete all payments by logging on to the Gateway and completing via the basket (top right of screen) to avoid booking cancellation.
Not authorised to book on a course?
The Gateway has restricted access to many courses. It may be that you are booking on to a course that is restricted to council staff only or for those people working in a particular service area eg adult social care. Please check the full details of the course to see who the course is for. If you feel there is an error and you believe you should have access, please let us know
