A short eLearning module on stakeholder management - what it is, why it's important, and how to go about it.

  The purpose of this eLearning is to help with the following:

• provide an introduction to stakeholder management, stakeholder analysis and the Power/Interest grid;
• provide a walkthrough of how to conduct a stakeholder analysis exercise, and how to use the results from this to inform your stakeholder engagement and communications.

Also, for learners who have participated in the Orbis Developing Partnering Excellence programme, this eLearning will:

• consolidate and reinforce your learning about stakeholder management.

This course is aimed at those Brighton & Hove City Council Staff who are part of Orbis.
