If you are a non-BHCC user, please use the ‘Request an Account’ button to register for an account.  If you would like to check your eligibility for an account prior to registration, please email us at learning@brighton-hove.gov.uk. Eligible services are also listed below.

Once you have requested your account and this has been authorised, you will receive a welcome email with your username and password and instructions on how to login. 

How long does it take for my account request to be approved?

Following your registration request and confirmation of your email address; your request will need to be authorised, and we will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible. Please note, during certain periods this can take up to 5 working days. We may contact you following your registration request should we have any questions. 

Forgotten your password?

Please click external user in the box opposite and select the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link.  This will resolve most access issues.  If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact support@learningpool.com

Eligible partner organisations and external services

To register for an account your manager will need to have an authorised account on Learning Zone first.  Services may nominate one manager/training lead for the purpose of using the Learning Zone. This nominated person will then have access to staff reports and receive notifications of their staff bookings and cancellations. 

Learning Zone accounts are available for the following groups based within the city:

Adult social care and housing providers.

Private, voluntary and community sector providers.

Schools and early years providers.

Personal assistants and foster carers.
