Overview

This three day training aims to both take stock of changes in health & adult social care (HASC) and look at professional leadership, cultural change and performance development under the HASC vision statement and the Department of Health Knowledge and Skills Statement for Social Workers in Adult Services.

Through meaningful and critical discussions and with the support of a selection of guest speakers, a 360 degree view of front line assessor’s roles and responsibilities will be presented and explored in depth.
