By the end of this course you will have:
· Clear information on potential experiences of women and how these might be presented in the workplace
· Learnt how to be able to open, and have, supportive and non-judgemental conversations
· Signposts for staff, both internal, local and national
In the Well Workforce Survey there was interest in further advice on menopause training. We have therefore set-up eight sessions. These are factual and informative and will last three and a half hours.
The course will be facilitated by a leading voice on women in the workplace, women's leadership and personal development. Katie Day is a trainer, consultant and coach with decades of experience working around the world supporting organisations on gender diversity and leadership development. She has a particular interest in supporting women with their health and wellbeing.
