Are you curious about how the menopause can affect you?
Would you like to understand this part of your life, know how to manage it and be confident with your choices?
This course is for individuals who may experience menopause symptoms or already are.
In the Well Workforce Survey there was interest in further advice on menopause training. We have therefore set-up eight sessions. These are factual and informative and will last three and a half hours.
You will be offered information, advice and support and will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The course is run with full confidentiality in a safe space with absolutely no obligation to share anything you choose not to.
The course will be facilitated by a leading voice on women in the workplace, women's leadership and personal development. Katie Day is a trainer, consultant and coach with decades of experience working around the world supporting organisations on gender diversity and leadership development. She has a particular interest in supporting women with their health and wellbeing.
