Overview
This is an approach to deliver support and development for administrators within B&HCC.  As a result of the pandemic, we are unable to deliver the same,classroom based development; this new approach is to test an alternative style of delivery.

This learning will be delivered in 2 remote (Teams) sessions, lasting 90 minutes, on sequential days.  You must be able to able both sessions.

This course is for office managers and administrators providing support to large teams who wish to further their personal and professional development.

You will be encouraged to reflect on what you have learnt, and to draw up action plans to put it in to practice back in the workplace.

Learning outcomes
By the end of the course you will:
