Paul Campbell, Park Projects & Strategy Manager, Cityparks, developed this programme himself, and has already delivered 2 sessions to colleagues which have received rave reviews. As Paul’s sessions have been so well received, and delivered recently at the Leadership Network, we’d like to provide those of you who haven’t experienced this unique and interactive development session an opportunity to take part.
Paul will share some of his own experiences, and then ask you to reflect on your responsibilities as a manager, using our leadership behaviours. We will also ask you to join a three month challenge where you take some actions to ensure we are creating a fair and inclusive place to work – Paul will explain this on the day.
