Additional information
VERY IMPORTANT – It is essential that you and your manager read the attached COVID-19 Risk Assessment Guidance for Training Participants before attending this training.

HSE guidance states that good ventilation, together with social distancing, keeping workplaces clean and frequent handwashing, can help reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus.

In order to ensure there is good natural ventilation with fresh air flow in the training room, windows will be kept partially open. Heating will be switched on but you may wish to wear extra layers during cold weather.

Further points to note:
Participants must ensure they wear appropriate clothing and flat, comfortable footwear that covers the whole of the foot as you will be actively participating in safer people handling techniques. Open toed shoes and sandals are not acceptable and you maybe turned away due to health and safety reasons which will then incur a charge.

If you are unable to participate in the practical training session please do not book on this training session as you must be fit and well to participate.
