Staying Focused with the Bullet Journal for Social Work Staff (Microsoft Teams)
Part 2 - Staying Focused Follow Up e-learning - Approximately one month after the workshop, participants will be emailed follow-up supporting resources and a link to access Part 2 of the course, 'Staying Focused e-learning module - Monthly Migration and Reflection'. This module will take approximately 2 hours to complete and involves working on your live Bullet Journal to move into the new month, guided by video lessons.
- use the Bullet Journal you will set up within the workshop, to manage your to-do list and adapt as priorities change
- experiment with new ways of working in line with the latest findings from research on focus and personal organisation
- share ideas and tips with peers within an online environment
- describe how a monthly reflective process can support resilience, focus and work-life balance
It is not suitable for staff roles where the day is entirely managed by others or by 'what comes in that day'.
Please note: as part of this course, the trainer would like to send you a free notebook and ‘Bullet Journal key’ stickers. Please, therefore, email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of where to post these, in advance of the course start date.
You will receive an email with the link for the session nearer the time.
Participants will be asked to prepare for the workshop by completing an up to date to-do list. A template and instructions will be emailed 1 week before the course is due to take place.
'Staying Focused e-learning module - Monthly Migration and Reflection' is to be undertaken by all participants one month after the workshop to complete the training. Participants will receive a link to the e-learning around 4 weeks after the initial workshop on the turn of the month.
'Staying Focused with the Bullet Journal: Refresher' is an optional workshop for you to try out Bullet Journalling back in the real world of practice to share learning, troubleshoot problems and generate ideas for taking your learning forward.
