You will undertake an action learning project, enabling you to develop your practice and/or that of your team. Peer discussion within small groups, and peer feedback through sharing progress on your project (including via the virtual learning environment) will help you frame effective risk management practices.
Evidence of learning is incorporated into your portfolio.
This module can be taken as part of a PGCert, PGDip or as a stand alone module. For further details on CPD modules, awards and pathways at Sussex University see: http://www.sussex.ac.uk/socialwork/pgstudy/cpd
