Overview
This course provides staff and managers with a chance to break down the Children's Home Regulations and Standards and review all practice. We focus on capturing the evidence Ofsted require, honestly critique areas of excellence and weakness with the view to improve practice going forward. For homes that are currently 'Outstanding', we will help to identify ways to maintain your rating.

The course aims to empower staff and managers by identifying the good work that takes place daily and by showing the gaps that need to be filled in order to improve good practice and staff retention through better understanding of what is required from them.
