Managing remote and hybrid teams

Overview
While some employees may continue working remotely, some will prefer a balance between remote and office known as hybrid working. Many organisations are now considering what ‘hybrid’ means for them, how they might meet this new employee demand.

Hybrid working is a form of flexible working that allows some employees to split their time between attending the workplace and working remotely (typically from home). We know that some roles within the council will not have the same flexibility or choice about things like working times, work location, when they can take breaks/ where they can take breaks.

This course will consider how managers can support effective hybrid working in their teams.
