This three day on line course is aimed at all social work staff who carry out the role of a Lead Enquiry Officer (LEO) or who supervise staff carrying out this role. It will cover the principles that underpin safeguarding work with adults and the practice needed to undertake an enquiry. Throughout the course we will be focusing on Making Safeguarding Personal and working with individuals and their identified outcomes to ensure their safety.
