PROACT-SCIPr-UK is an organisational approach to understanding behaviour and supporting individuals to manage their own behaviour using Positive Behaviour Support.
The programme has been amended due to the Covid-19 outbreak and infection prevention control measures and special instructions for attending this course are detailed below in the additional information. Please ensure these are read and understood before applying and attending the programme. Delegates can also request a full copy of the risk assessments that cover this training course.
This one day training is an annual refresher of both the Introduction and Foundation training. All participants should have already attended the original training. It is for staff at Tudor House and Drove Road, who work with young people with Learning Difficulties.

The course includes a short written test to assess participants' understanding of course content and an assessment of the physical interventions taught during the course.

Participants will be required to wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that are flat with an enclosed toe. There is an element of physical activities during the course and participants will be asked to remove excessive jewellery.
