Code: BH/20/0826 Coaching Practice Refresher (Microsoft Teams)

You may have been on the one-day coaching essentials, two-day coaching for managers or the ILM level 3 coaching course, but how much have you used your skills since with the people you work with?

Coaching is one of the most effective ways to accelerate the learning and development of the people you work with. However, if you don't have an opportunity to regularly practice you can easily forget the skills and techniques you have learnt.

In an environment where reflection and on-the-job learning play a crucial role in the development of all public sector staff you can’t afford to miss the opportunity to practice your skills.

This half-day workshop will help refresh your skills and give you a chance put them into practice.

It’s open to anyone, whatever your skill level or experience.
