This course is for social workers, team leaders and operation managers in Adult Social Care who chair complex meetings such as safeguarding meetings; case conferences; best interest meetings; complex case management; hospital discharge planning or self neglect strategy meetings.


The course will help you develop your skills and confidence in planning for and managing such meetings and will consider working with partner professionals and agencies.
