Code: BH/18/1266 Complaints Investigation for Service Improvement (EVENT FULL)

This course is specifically aimed at BHCC non-social care managers who investigate and respond to complaints about their service area.

Complaints are a valuable source of information telling us what customers in general think about our services. Complaints that are responded to in a meaningful way can improve the way customers view the organisation. This learning will help managers produce effective responses and will demonstrate how to identify and implement service improvements.

Code: BH/18/1351 Supporting Families of Prisoners - Hidden Sentence

Families of prisoners are a significant group of children that still remains invisible when it comes to supporting children and their families. Children with a parent in prison are more likely to experience poverty, mental ill health, poor housing, get involved in anti-social behaviour or crime. An estimated 160,000 children in the UK have a parent in prison. This is twice the number of children in care and six times the number of children on Child Protection Plans.

Please note the Special Instructions and attached documents for attending this training.
