Code: BH/20/1426 Managing remote and hybrid teams

The current requirement for many staff to work from home has presented managers with some unexpected challenges. Now we’re over the initial pressures of re-organising how everything is done, the question now is how to make the best of the situation, and how to manage well remotely.

The course is now updated to include hybrid teams - where teams are a mix of remote and work-based.
