Topics covered include: forms of violence and aggression and tolerance levels, potential triggers, early warning signs, personal safety tips and methods to diffuse/calm confrontational situations.

Information will also be provided on procedures and systems to manage personal safety issues at work and the support services available for staff affected by violence and aggression at work.
