This new session is open to any member of staff who has supervisory responsibility, and is interested in developing their compassionate leadership skills.

The session will be give you valuable time away from emails and day to day work, for an opportunity to think and reflect. It is a group coaching experience, rather than a training course.

The session is led by qualified Leadership Coach, Jo Murfin, member of our BHCC/ESCC Coaching Pool and is for BHCC managers only.
