This course examines the classification and management of seizures in the context of adults with a learning disability. It considers therole of staff in supporting people with epilepsy and the psychosocial impact on the person. The afternoon covers the theoretical and practical administration of buccal midazolam. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice administration in a simulated environment.
