This is an approach to deliver support and development for administrators within B&HCC. As a result of the pandemic, we are unable to deliver the same, classroom based development; this approach is to provide an alternative style of delivery which still supports you as an adminstrator.
This learning will be delivered in 2 remote (Zoom) sessions, lasting 3 hours, on sequential weeks. You must be able to able both sessions.
This course is for office managers and administrators providing support to large teams who wish to further their personal and professional development.
You will be encouraged to reflect on what you have learnt, and to draw up action plans to put it in to practice back in the workplace.

This virtual programme will give participants the relevant knowledge of giving presentations in the virtual arena. It also includes several chances to practice their skills and receive constructive feedback on their performance. As most people find making presentations a nervous experience, the training will be both supportive and collaborative, building on each individual’s strengths and helping people to develop in areas where they feel less competent or confident.
The programme is a blend of interactive small group virtual sessions (using MSTeams) and individual work. It is spread over a period of a month.
