As we establish hybrid working arrangements across the council, HR will be holding Q&A sessions for managers who manage hybrid teams. Hybrid working enables us to place flexibility, wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of how we work. This requires managers to balance individual working preferences with team cohesion whilst prioritising customer needs. How we apply current legislation, guidance and policy is part of this.
The above session will offer an overview of how to apply our hybrid working guidance, alongside legal and policy implications. We will provide managers with the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and hear advice from HR colleagues, and members of our Future Ways of Working programme.
The sessions are available to anyone who is in a line management role regardless of seniority.
If you can submit your question in advance to FutureWaysofWorking@brighton-hove.gov.uk, this would help us plan the sessions and identify common themes. Confidentiality will be maintained. Alternatively, you can bring your question with you to the session.
There are no limits to the number of places available, and encourage you to attend.
