The course Telephone Negotiation Skills for Housing is now open for booking. Delivered by the Landlord Information Network this two day course is for all housing staff involved in the collection process and debt recovery either face to face or over the phone. It looks at the practical application of the theory and process of negotiation to help reduce arrears and improve debt recovery.
