If you are a non-BHCC council user, please use the ‘Request an Account’ button to set up an account. Once you have created your account and this has been authorised you’ll be able to login with the username and password created.
Forgotten your password?
Please click external user in the box opposite and select the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link. This will resolve the majority of access issues. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Partner organisations and external services
In order to register for an account your manager will need to have an authorised account on Learning Zone first. Services may nominate one manager/training lead for the purposes of using the Learning Zone, this person will then have access to reports and receive notifications of bookings and cancellations
Learning Zone accounts are available for the following groups based within the city:
- Adult social care and housing providers
- Private, voluntary and community sector providers
- Schools and early years providers
- Personal assistants and foster carers
Courses, online learning and programme access may be restricted or chargeable to certain groups and services. Where attendance charges apply, these are payable prior to booking by credit or debit card .
How long does it take for my account request to be approved
Following registration and confirmation of your email address, your request will need to be authorised and we will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible, please note, during certain periods this can take up to 10 working days. We may contact you following registration should we have any questions regarding your account request.
